About the Farms

- Kirkley Hall Farm 74 Hectares
- An all grass farm on medium to heavy land with a rainfall of 35 inches
- It has the only steading available with 23,000 sq. ft. of stockyards
- It has a 4,500 sq. ft. covered silo and all the necessary handling pens
- There is a separate sheep building with shearing floors, penning and covered lambing areas

- Broadlaw Farm 54 Hectares
- This is grassland rented from an adjacent farm on an annual basis. It is all new leys
- Dinnington Grazings 104 Hectares
- This is rented conservation grazing adjacent to Newcastle International Airport

- Carlcroft 537 Hectares
- A Cheviot Hill farm rented from the ministry of Defence. It stands at the head of the Coquet Valley with a rainfall of 70" running from 274 metres up to 609 metres
